SAP PP & QM Consultant

Sreehith Consulting is currently looking to expand the team in Sweden with experienced SAP Technical and Functional Consultants across the entire ERP SAP portfolio.
Your Role:
Responsible to participate in the solutioning, design, build, testing, data migration and cutover of SAP implementations as well as support for PP, PPDS, PP-QM SAP Modules, integration with other SAP Modules MM, SD, EWM, QM and related interfacing environments.
Responsible for providing 2nd level expertise for incident/problem management, application change management, enhancements and projects.
Responsible for implementation, development and support activities for SAP PP with QM & SAP MM, SD modules on SAP S.4 HANA.
Elicitate, define, analyse and document the business requirements in a detailed way.
Map the business requirements and provide solutions along with configuration and functional specifications and other required documentation and configure the system accordingly.
Lead to implement new functionalities, fit/Gap analysis, and improve existing functionalities including articulating, analysing requirements.
Prepare and conduct Unit/Integration Testing, Regression Testing and coordinate with end users for User acceptance testing.
Provide Oversight, guidance and feedback on execution and delivery; ensure that there is appropriate alignment between solution design and solution delivery.
Closely coordinate with S/4 Hana Project team for all new projects and rollouts.
Design and carry out training programs for key users for new/changes to module processes/functionality and ensure 100% knowledge transfer.
Ensure executional excellence throughout the area of responsibility. Keep up to date with industry best practices in own area of expertise.
Preparing training documentation and e-learning tools.
Participate in process assessments to measure effectiveness and assist in addressing any identified gaps in business process mapping and/or functionalities.
Ensure the services are delivered with requisite quality within schedule and budget.
Required:
Hands on experience in SAP Production Planning/Advanced Planning S/4 HANA 1709,2020, FIORI APPS.
At least one E2E SAP S/4 HANA implementations for PP-QM along with consulting experience, in-depth knowledge in PP Master Data, Planning strategies, safety stock, Demand Management, Capacity Planning, Capacity Levelling, SILO Management, Material availability check is a must.
Preferred if the candidate has Integration knowledge with other modules such as PP-QM, PP-MM, PP-SD, PP-EWM, QM-EWM, PP-CO, PP-APO System, PP-DS system, Advance planning, SILO Management in IS-OIL, CMS (Container Management system).
Experience in Integration with Legacy system such as PP-MES (MES Experience in Interfaces for sending the data and receiving the data via IDOCS is also an added advantage.
Must have worked in Discrete, repetitive, MTS, MTO, experience with MES system or similar applications is preferrable.
Candidates preferred with experience in SAP QM as secondary skill set.
Must have Experience in Various phases of the project such as Requirement gathering, design, implementation, test, rollout.
Experience in conducting Workshops, User-training, Slow-Start, Cut-Over Activities, Hypercare is an added advantage.
Strong functional experience in Implementing, Customizing, Configuring, Integrating, Testing, and Production Support in SAP-Production Planning (PP), SAP-PP/PI is a must.
Candidate with experience in Production Planning includes Material Master, Bill of Materials, Work-Centres, Resource, Routings, Master recipe, production version, MRP Live, Classical MRP Run, Conversion of Planned Orders into respective Process orders, Purchase requisition, Purchase Orders, Product Master, Location Master, Sales Order, Delivery Orders, Shipping Request, Vendor Billing Concepts, Product Costing for Produced Materials are preferred.
Capability to multi-task and drive things independently.
Desirable to have exposure of PPDS, extensive experience in PP process, data, testing and validation of End-to-End Scenario.
Experience in implementing SAP Authorization roles used by Managers, Planners, Operators, Lab Technicians, in defining the Master roles, Composite Roles, Derived Roles, Enabler Roles, Cut Over Roles is an added advantage.
Strong organization skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.
Strong command of English, including excellent written and presentation skills.
Having any level of Swedish Language skills is an advantage.
