SAP Project Manager to global furniture company!

We're looking for a 7+ years experience (Expert) Project Manager to assist in the Business Operations Transformation (BOT).
We are implementing a new payment factory​, new technology platform for finance and procurement operations replacing a substntial part of our finance legacy with SAP S4/HANA​. We will Integrating with 68 retail and fulfilment solutions​ and set up of finance data layer. We are implementing 4 end to end processes for transactional flows, finance information and money.

This position will drive and execute the project to implement the BOT end-to-end rollout of the new target operating model underpinned by SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba technology defined in a global template as part of a cluster of defined countries in a single release. Secure the transformation required according to BOT principles which include a "brutally standard approach".​
Prepare, monitor and drive the implementation plan for the assigned country or cluster​. Define and manage all resources required to deliver the project deliverables according to agreed scope, quality and timeline ensuring timely and in budget project delivery.​ Accountable for the successful implementation of BOT in the assigned country or cluster as per the plan.​ Lead the day-to-day management to deliver a successful implementation on time, on budget and agreed quality as per go live exit criteria. ​Flag any potential deviations from agreed timelines or quality levels as per the Governance.​ First escalation point for the Country or Cluster.

Candidates we're looking for: 
Strong programme management experience large-scale Global Business Transformation programs (min. 10 years)
Retail sector experience
SAP Transformational change experience in large multi-cultural organisations and cloud-based SAP Implementations projects in a global rollout context is a must
Experience in complex programme environments involving multiple system integrators operating with a global delivery model​
Finance process knowledge (R2R, OTC, SP2, MDM)​
Great communicator in English (application must be in English)


Bonus points for:​
SAP. SAP S/4 HANA, Ariba and SAP Retail a plus​.
Ability to drive teams in a diverse international and distributed team.
Finance process knowledge (R2R, OTC, SP2, MDM)​
Strong communication and decision-making skills – ability to balance conflicting needs.
Strong stakeholder management across all levels.
Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent a plus​.


Primary working site(s) will be: Malmo, Home Office, Travel 50%
