SAP R2R Product Owner, Group Digital, Ingka Group

IKEA is looking for an SAP R2R Product Owner to join the Business Support Domain in the Digital Team. This role is core for the ongoing Business Transformation Program and for long term. IKEA is currently undertaking process standardization and harmonization in finance & procurement, all based on the latest technologies from SAP.
What you will do
In this role you will be responsible for driving R2R- process design together with our business, supporting your Product Team to become successful, and together with our architects, secure that our Roadmaps are accurate and delivered.
You will work closely with our business process expert, contributing with your experience in SAP. You will work together with our other Products (O2C, P2P, TAX, Internal Controls) in cross related topics and together identify the most optimal solutions, from a business and SAP perspective.
You will be:
Developing the R2R Roadmap together with your team & business
Together with your team, driving process design topics together with business process expert
Improving already established processes together with your product team & GBO
Evaluating new SAP solutions together with our architects & your product team
Safeguarding our vision of keeping SAP standard and contribute with your SAP experience on design topics related to R2R.
Actively participate in our transformation program, with focus on design topics to complete our SAP Template.

Who you are:
You have worked with [YvZ(-ASJ(1] SAP for at least 15 years, in the SAP Finance area
You have experience from successful delivery of SAP transformation programs/projects
You have deep functional understanding [YvZ(-ASJ(2] of SAP Finance, both in design & configuration
You have deep understanding of Core Data Objects in SAP
You have leadership skills, being a good role model where you put the team in focus
You are self-motivated with a strong focus on deliver business value
You are well organized
You have strong influencing skills and can navigate in a complex and matrixed organization
You are an excellent communicator in English, whether it be in words or in writing

This role will be located in Helsingborg, Sweden.
