SAP Roles & Authorization Architect

You will be a part of a specialized SAP Center of Excellence team and stationed at CIO Office at ABB in the central parts of Västerås. CIO Office is responsible for IS governance and IS services in ABB Sweden. Our main tasks are to develop and provide IS services based on business demands. Our strategy is to source the services from external partners. Due to this, an important task is to manage the relationship with our strategic partners. CIO Office has to ensure that IS services are developed according to ABB policies and standards and that the quality is according to agreements. When it comes to our SAP instance, ABB Sweden has overall responsibility for Denmark and Baltics. In our instance we have 11 clients wich includes all from CRM to HCM. All employees and managers gets access to the SAP Portal, at the moment we have appr. 14 000 users .

Tasks
We are now looking for a SAP Roles and Authorization Architect, with the knowledge and will to develop and improve the SAP processes and Roles, working closely with the business and the off-shore supplier. You will act as the link between our business and IS/IT and provide quality assurance and approval of solutions within the process. This will also entail translating business requirements into solution specific requirements. Besides working with ABB Sweden, you will also be involved in other ABB countries development due to a regional set up and template approach.

Requirements
You are a senior SAP professional with a university degree or a few years? relevant work experience from a company applying SAP Roles & Authorization. You have extensive knowledge of the SAP modules, SOX, PUL, IS Security and tehnical understanding of SAP architecture, technology and best practices. You are proficient in English and Swedish, written and spoken alike. Moreover, you need to be a strong and confident communicator, who can help our business units finding the best solutions. Lastly, you enjoy working towards set targets and have a structured and goal-oriented approach
