YOU WILL

In this position you will be responsible for projects and tasks related to our SAP SD module. You will support our global organization within your area of expertise and be part of the SAP-team located in Växjö.

This position offers a variety of tasks of both large and small scale. You will run projects on your own but also work together with others where you will be expected to participate in discussions and do system configurations and pilot testing. With your hands-on mentality you understand the needs from our business by taking a leading role in making SAP a strategic business solution for the Crosby Group. You will advice and support the internal customers in making the best choices for deploying SAP to support their process as well as support them on their day to day operations.

You will also:

- Work closely with our management teams in Belgium and Sweden, as well as the local sales managers and users around the globe.
- Analyze and optimize the current business processes to our business needs.
- Develop and support our current ECC6 SAP system within the SD module, this includes support, work on change requests and play a big role on our international projects in your domain.
- Create and update the requested documentation, processes and policies.
- Perform gap analysis and find / close the gap between As-Is and To-Be processes.
- Organize and be responsible for training and education.

YOU ARE

For this role you need to be open-minded and flexible due to the organizational structure and you are a true team player. You are structured when it comes to your daily work and you can prioritize while working in different projects simultaneously. We believe that you also are curious and constantly aim to learn new things. You take your own initiative and work independently as well as with others. During projects we need you to be flexible with travelling in Sweden and sometimes abroad.

We expect you to have:

- University degree and/or equal through experience
- At least 5 years´ relevant work experience
- You have a good knowledge on integration from SD to other modules like MM, PP, FI/CO
- You have excellent communication skills in English, do you speak Swedish, Dutch, German is that a big advantage.
