SAP Scrum Master/Release Manager
Lynk & Co is seeking an SAP Scrum Master/Release Manager, who is a wizard in Azure DevOps and PI planning, to lead the entire chain of actions to achieve project deliveries on time, at the right cost and within the specified scope and quality.

In this role you control scoping and time and resolve dependencies with other products and acts as agile coach. You plan and support SIT and UAT execution with testers and are responsible for creating and coordinating the SAP release schedule aligning with other non-SAP system teams and on the total PI level.

Your work includes tasks such as taking responsibility for the outputs of each release that including following up and aligning within SAP team with different solution experts.

You deploy the releases to production, and additionally, you act to further establish well-functioning SAP release management. You are wizard in Azure DevOps and PI planning.

The position is based in Gothenburg Sweden at Lynk & Co HQ. The position includes EU wide responsibility hence can require occasional travel.

What you'll do



- Be our Agile Coach and define way of working in release/sprint management
- Perform detail alignment per epic, per feature and per user story within SAP team and drive E2E mindset in the organization
- Support SAP functional solution experts in dependency alignments across other systems/teams
- Align PI planning and represent SAP overall release plans to other teams and program level
- Create overall full-overview of SAP delivery based on different levels and timeframes
- Be fully responsible for the timeline and delivery scope for each release
- Extend strong support to testing: UAT testing, E2E testing, SIT testing etc.
- Continuously improve release management in SAP team and also contribute into PI planning level
- Be the very best expert in Azure DevOps for SAP team
- Working very closely with IT delivery teams both in Lynk & Co International and Geely IT China


What you should have



- Have previous experience working as a scrum master or release manager for SAP implementation and are used to work in a structured way with a strong drive to make things happen without having someone telling you what to do
- Having agile coach background
- Super skills in Azure DevOps tool and PI planning process
- Good understanding in SAP systems and integration work between SAP and non-SAP systems
- Ability to align E2E processes and dependencies across products & teams
- Excellent in English, both verbally and in writing
