SAP-skilled Project Manager

MultiMind Bemanning recruits a SAP-skilled Project Manager to a global actor within telecommunication. Description of company (unit): The unit Customer & Vendor & Bank Master Data within Global Master Data Management is responsible for developing the process for Customer & Vendor & Bank Master Data as well as maintaining it through the lifecycle in our client's SAP based systems CBS and MUS. The unit is high competent and highly motivated with a lot of own responsibility. Global Master Data Management (GMDM) is part of the Global Finance & Accounting Operations within Group Function Finance. Master Data is a corporate asset to be used across processes, organizations and applications. Their vision is to have a globally standardized Master Data. GMDM is the department within our client's handling of global Master Data which challenges them to continous improvements. Your responsibilities will be to develop the customer master data and secure that the quality of customer master data is kept high. You will also be assigned as sub project manager for a project where master data from different systems are aligned. Key activities are to find process and system improvements in the system through a deep SAP knowledge. You will also perform data base analysis and verify and reflect changes in the customer master data in SAP systems CBS and MUS. Furthermore you will implement and secure a well functioning maintenance process of master data and work with the integration of new companies entering the SAP environment and involvement in the system development. This position includes many contacts with local companies and also surrounding parts of our client organisation. We are looking for a person with the ability to drive own work and in project and you have interest in seeking the answers in the system. It is an advantage if you have experience from sourcing, finance or logistics and you need to possess high quality approach and customer focus. You have an academic degree or equivalent job experience and good knowledge in SAP, CBS and/or MUS and Excel/Access. Fluent skills in Swedish and English, oral and written, are required.
