Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Solution/Integration Architect to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Participate in the implementation and launches of financial flows, IDP, and order to delivery/order to cash processes globally
Translate business requirements into technical solutions supporting financial flows, IDP, and OTD/OTC.
Test and verify integration and financial flows/IDP/OTC/OTD.
Lead fit/gap analysis on issues and problems in Digital Finance and purchasing Backlog.
Lead high-level design on identified gaps.
Support global deliveries based on S4 applications, from business requirement gathering and analysis to customizing and deployment by internal and external resources.
Support pre-studies within Finance/IDP based on application landscape.
Identify and understand business needs, define, and prepare the delivery of digital solutions to meet those needs.
Support the establishment of long-term strategies and tactical roadmaps in collaboration with the Finance/IDP/OTD/OTC Cluster.
Continuously seek improvement and efficient solutions and operations in collaboration with other Polestar functional teams and partners.
Contribute to the evolution of the digital organization.
Drive innovation and out-of-the-box thinking within digital, embracing a “failure fast” belief.
Support the Digital Finance and Purchasing team in implementing new markets.
Support all other initiatives with financial impact spanning cross current and new markets.
Assist in operations.

What you bring:
Deep knowledge of SAP (S4/ARIBA) with expert seniority.
Deep knowledge of Integration design with expert seniority.
Over 10 years of experience in SAP, Integration design, and business knowledge.
Deep knowledge within Order to Cash.
Ability to work with multiple interdependent and independent stakeholders.
Experience with Kyriba, Workday, Thomson Reuters, Jira, or similar tools covering epics, user stories, and requirements management.
Proactive and dynamic professional with at least 10 years of experience in Digital Finance and purchasing, supporting ERP projects globally.
Ability to quickly grasp the holistic picture.
Strong belief in openness and collaboration as key factors for success.
Results-oriented and a proactive doer.
Understanding of Agile Development principles.
Proven working experience in a global context.
Bachelor’s degree from a university or equivalent.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
