Then you should apply and become part of our department Billing & Contract Customer IT Sweden as System Manager and use your talent and skills to enable our business goals.
Billing & Contract Customer IT Sweden, which is part of Customer IT that drives the technology behind One Customer Experience, builds and runs a Billing solution based on SAP IS-U and SAP CRM supporting all Nordic business units in Vattenfall that have a customer relation.
As a System Manager you are responsible to provide expertise to ensure that stable and reliable solutions are designed, developed, implemented and maintained and you will contribute to quality assurance activities to meet business needs. You control and plan our working methods to deliver the services in the most secure and cost-effective way possible.
Qualifications
We believe that you - as our next System Manager - have strong communicative skills and a well-structured way of working. You master Swedish and English in both spoken and written format. You are always eager to learn more and take joy in developing colleagues by proactively coaching and supporting them.
You strengthen Vattenfall, with your ideas and passion about IT and SAP, in its ambition to become an increasingly innovative, digitalized and automated company.
Furthermore, you are familiar with generic development approaches like Waterfall and Agile and you have in-depth knowledge of and proven experience working with ITIL processes, including but not limited to incident-, change and problem management.
Finally, you are proud of your broad understanding of technology/IT, which you use to have effective dialogues with other teams that are part of the end-to-end delivery of the SAP ISU/CRM systems (including databases and servers).
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating relevant people, processes and technology to ensure the reliability and stability of our SAP IS-U / CRM systems and that they remain value adding to the business in collaboration and cooperation with the system owner
Ensuring that procedures and activities are in place to maintain the right level of security and that the systems fulfill relevant and applicable regulatory requirements (for example GDPR)
Ensuring that system documentation is maintained and up-to-date and that adequate and successful handover of project deliverables are done to the maintenance organization
Conducting annual budget planning to ensure all necessary system maintenance is planned and catered for
Monitoring of performance in relation to agreed service levels and reporting on internal KPIs, incidents, system performance and storage usage
Ensuring that incidents, changes/projects and system maintenance issues are effectively and efficiently handled, in collaboration with relevant parties
Managing licenses and the performance of our third party suppliers, which are key for the operation of our systems
Supporting in both internal and external audits and ensuring that any findings are effectively and timely mitigated
