SAP Technical Architect

Perstorp Group is now looking for a new employee to its Architecture and ERP Supply department which consists of a total of 13 people: enterprise architects, solution architects, developers and specialists. Most of the work is done in cross-functional teams in close cooperation with the internal customer organization and consultants/partners.

About the job:
Perstorp is strategically investing in our digital transformation and we see S/4 and BTP as a key enabler in our journey. We see a need to establish a target SAP landscape as our overall IT and SAP environment grows and becomes more and more complex which we are able to scale and maintain. The goal is to support the development of our digital core SAP ECC (one instance globally) and the transition into SAP S/4 HANA but also all the applications we choose to integrate to accelerate our digital journey.
You will help drive the development and establishment of the SAP S/4 architectural framework together with the S/4 implementation team which you will pursue the leading technical architect role orchestrating both internal and external work. The position is located in Perstorp but the work is global. There are good conditions for remote work 2-3 days a week. Some travel is included in the role and you will work in close cooperation with cross-functional teams across the IT department.
The position is permanent with access as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities:
Be part of a new exciting S/4 journey within Perstorp where we are currently heading into our S/4 implementation. This provides great opportunities to put your own touch on how Perstorp will take on tomorrow's technical challenges.
Own the SAP Technical Architecture at Perstorp together with solution architects to ensure that our landscape is sustainable and efficient in the long term.
Establish guidelines and principles to ensure our governance
Participate in projects as an SAP Technical Architect
Explore options that involve several different products and technologies to reach the best solution.
Work closely with immersive teams to build shared knowledge and governance.

Qualifications:
Good knowledge of SAP Technical Architecture and modeling
Experience in the implementation of SAP Architecture frameworks.
Deep technical expertise in development or infrastructure
Good communication skills to translate business requirements into sustainable IT solutions.
Academic education at bachelor's or master's level. Relevant areas are for example system science, economics, logistics, chemistry, IT.

The employment requires very good communication skills in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing.
Personal qualities:
As a person, you are driven and independent with the ability to take your own initiatives. Furthermore, you are responsive and have very good cooperation skills. You are an easy learner and quickly familiarize yourself with issues and challenges. You are stress-resistant and work purposefully as an individual and in a group, even in stressful situations.
