H&M group is looking for an SAP Transportation Manager for the SAP Product Maintenance product team. The team is a cross functional, recently established agile product team working with a range of end-to-end custom-built solutions. This is a highly collaborative and global organization with an entrepreneurial mindset where there will be opportunities to try out your creative and innovative ideas.
Responsibilities
As an SAP Transportation Manager you will work alongside the Product Owner and establish a holistic view of how the solution adds value to the business. You will have the opportunity to improve existing products as well as develop distributed systems, so we believe you will take responsibility, work proactively to continuously improve activities. You will collaborate with other product teams, both local and distributed, to help and provide the best SAP transport experience and enforce guardrails.
Furthermore, you will:
• Design, develop and support the releases in SAP transport landscapes in the product
• Translate strategies and requirements into modern and scalable transport change management
• Use an experimental mindset to identify, evaluate and recommend alternatives to solve deployment issues
• Seek opportunities to automate, document and improve processes
Who are you?
We are looking for an SAP Transportation Manager who has the ability to apply leading software development practices and present alternative solutions and technical choices. We believe you have a curious mindset and excellent communication skills, with experience from large global complex system landscapes. We are looking for someone with knowledge of SAP transport change management tools such as ChaRM or Active Control and SAP development related activities including technical design ABAP development, retrofit or unit testing. You also have:
• Strong knowledge of ABAP object-oriented programming
• Experience in SAP code quality checks as well as ABAP performance tuning
• Experience from Agile way of working (SAFE, SCRUM etc).
• Good knowledge in the area Best Practices - Cloud Security and Risk management (e.g., understanding of conflicts due to transport versioning, overtakes, downgrades, etc.)
