- User Access Management and permissions
- Cluster, multi node architecture
- SAS Viya Installation, Configuration, Upgrade & Patches
- Backup & Restore & Related policies, Reselliance
- SAS Products (like Analytics, Statistics, T.A, Model Studio, Ent. Guide etc)
- Add-on Features and adaptors like AWS, Terradata, kubernaties
- ODBC, Driver setup and configuring.
- Auditing, Error Logging, Debugging, investigation, Alerts Setup
- Health-check, storage, performance Tuning
Knowledge about ITIL process, ITSM like (Remedy, ServiceNow, JIRA) for ticketing and issue logging
