We are responsible to deliver, implement and to some extent support our shared SCADA systems at Scania’s various production units in Europe and are now looking for a Delivery Manager to our team in Södertälje.
Your tasks
In this role, your primary tasks will be:
• Ensure the SCADA implementation team deliver projects in time and with quality
• Coordinate the team activities and support in delivery decisions
• Coordinate between the teams to secure deliveries and provide support
• Continously improve the way of working both internally and cross-functionally
• Be involved in all the steps of the project from start to finish
Your profile
This is a leardship role where you will coordinate between different stakeholders, build relationships with our production units, coach and support the team members to ensure the projects are delivered within time and with quality. It is also a social job so you should like to extend your personal network and appreciate having dialogue to best coordinate our deliveries together with other IT groups, customers, and projects.
To be the best for us you should also:
• Have good knowledge about Scrum and SAFe methods
• Have experience in project management models such as PPS and agile methods, preferably within the automation area
• Knowledge about SCADA systems and the automation area is beneficial
• Be fluent in English
• Being able to travel when possible ( support projects on different sites)
