What's the job about? You will be dealing with IBM's company clients answering their queries. It is important to have good computer knowledge at least 4+ months User experience with Microsoft Vista and you will get training about the IBM products. There are several teams; some are more customer service orientated while others are more technical. You will be placed according your technical knowledge. The position requires good PC skills, customer service skills, phone manners, and the ability to work team.
