As a part of our recruitment team, you will represent one of the largest Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies in Europe. Here you will experience a fast-paced environment, where you will be the candidate's first impression of Webhelp. Therefore it is important that you are able to representant a wide range of stakeholders.
In the role of Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating talents for both current and new projects. This includes screening of candidates, background checks, executing the selection process according to established project procedures, ongoing employee contact, and feedback. Besides this, you will work closely together with the administration to inform about new hires.
As a person, you should be independent, people-oriented and outgoing, to function in a role within a continuously growing and fast-paced company. You are goal-oriented, a natural in handling deadlines, have a keen eye for detail, but with helicopter-view so that nothing is overseen. Integrity is a part of your persona since you will be handling personal data. You should have at least 2 years of experience within recruitment, and it will be an advantage if you are used to working with an Applicant Tracking System.

About you:
-You have a good command of English.
-You are fluent in either Swedish, Norwegian or Danish.
-You have minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience.
-You will have experience from abroad
-You are goal-oriented and outgoing.
-You have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
-You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
