Scania Accelerator Controller Program

Do you want a unique start to your career within finance at one of the finest industrial companies in Sweden? Scania is now looking for recent graduates with the ambition to work with finance in a global organization to join the Scania Accelerator Controller Program.

The program takes place at Scania’s HQ in Södertälje, with the opportunity of flexible working hours and location.

The program

The program aims at giving you a wide comprehension of our business from a financial perspective and preparing you for a long-term career at Scania. The program takes place over 12-18 months. You will gain insights and experiences from different parts of Scania in Sweden and build a broad network through several rotations. During these rotations, you will develop your expertise in subjects such as financial and business analysis, forecasting, reporting, and accounting. You will also participate in training as well as benefit from our learning portals.

Who you are

We look for recent graduates, or with a maximum one year of work experience, who are ready to contribute with fresh knowledge from your university studies. We believe you are analytical and structured and have a great mind for business and finance. You easily shift perspectives from the details to the big picture, and you continuously seek ways to enhance our finance processes.

Further, you are a natural team player and enjoy our collaborative environment, but still able to work independently when needed. You master English fluently in both speaking and writing. A great benefit would be if you have an interest in digitalization and data-driven analysis. As we act in a transformative environment, you need to enjoy and thrive in a climate of change.
