Scania is looking for a Head of People Analytics! Advance and accelerate the new global People & Culture set-up at Scania with a data driven approach

Scania is undergoing a transformation from a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of end-to-end sustainable transport solutions. We are on the road to a shift towards digitalization, electrification and automation. Scania operates in over 100 countries around the world, in areas ranging from production of heavy vehicles to optimizing transport and logistical flows. A prerequisite for Scania to be successful in the transformation is a strong and business driven HR. The newly formed global P&C function will be an efficient and manager centric organisation signified by great engagement and capability, working in a robust operating model with a value-driven culture.

We are looking for a true visionary for data driven decision making to lead the department People Analytics, as of today reporting to Executive Vice President and Head of People & Culture (since we are in the middle of a transformation, the reporting line might change). You will take lead in developing a recently formed team that collects, analyses, predicts and transforms HR- and organizational data into actionable insights that improve the way Scania does business.

In your role, you will:


• Be part of the global P&C Management Team (when reporting to EVP) with the aim to develop a global people strategy that supports Scania´s purpose of becoming the leader in sustainable transport systems
• Grow, lead and develop the People Analytics Team to be in absolute world class
• Be part of the HR Transformation where data and people analytics is key and highly prioritized. You will secure organization-wide understanding and usage of HR data and be a passionate ambassador for this new way of working
• Articulating and executing vision and strategy, managing and enhancing people analytics technologies and enablement to ensure analytics is usable, actionable and valuable for today and into the future as business needs evolve and mature
• In close collaboration with the People Analytics Team and internal (e.g. Scania IT, People Services) as well as external stakeholders, develop ways to make data visible, accessible and usable across the organization
• Work closely together with global P&C Management Team with data communication, root cause analysis and break down of operational and strategic key metrics
• Drive a performance-, client focused and business driven culture together with the global P&C Management Team
• Ensure close and high quality co-operation and co-determination with all relevant stakeholders, g.business partners,union-, employee representatives and managers.

 

Your profile

You are a highly strategic professional with the combination of analytical skills and an agile mindset. To be successful in this role you have excellent communication/influencer skills and are able to transform data into a clear foundation for decision making. You have a growth mindset, both in developing your team but also being open to change and improvements. You are a passionate leader that has experience from working in a global environment.

 

Your knowledge and experience of analytics are extensive and you preferably have been working in an HR environment. You also have experience from building out and scaling a data analytics function globally.
