Scania is looking for a Head of People Analytics! Advance and accelerate the new global People & Culture organization at Scania with a data driven approach
Scania is undergoing a transformation from a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of end-to-end sustainable transport solutions. A prerequisite for Scania to be successful in the transformation is a strong and business-driven HR. The newly formed global People & Culture function will be an efficient and people-centric organisation signified by great engagement and capability, working in a robust operating model with a value-driven & People Experience culture.
We are looking for a Global senior leader for data-driven decision making to lead the Global People Analytics function. You will take lead in developing the recently formed team that collects, analyses, visualize data and make it easy accessible across the Scania organization. You will work in close cooperation with the Business, People Business Partners, supporting them with actionable insights that improve the way Scania does its business.
In your role, you will:
• Develop ways to make data visible, accessible and usable across the organization
• Support strategic business partners in understanding and framing their business challenges, analyze the HR information, and help them understand the outputs
• Grow, lead and develop the People Analytics Team into a world class organization, working with:
• Data Science
• People analytics
• Story telling
• Global survey strategy
• Annual employee survey, pulse surveys
• Project Management
• Collaborate closely with our HR Primary Data team (HR Data Management)
• Support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors (implementation end 2023) where data and people analytics are key and highly prioritized.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Scania IT, People Services, Global P&C units, People Business Partners) as well as external stakeholders.
Your profile
You are a passionate leader with global experience. You are highly professional with a combination of analytical skills, an agile mindset, and excellent communication and influencing skills.
To be successful in this role you have knowledge in how to understand the core business issues, how to effectively frame them, and then transform the results of data analysis into a foundation for decision making.
Your knowledge and experience of analytics are excellent, and you preferably have experience working in an HR environment. You have a growth mindset, both in developing your team and continuous improvements in general. You have experience establishing and scaling a data analytics function globally.
