Scheduling and performance manager

You’ll report to the Head of Rider performance and be a part of our operations department, which is responsible for our overall store and rider operations.

We are now looking for a Scheduling and performance manager in Stockholm or Malmö who will be part of our rider organization at Kavall.

To succeed in this role, you need to be data-driven and organized and know your statistics. A background in scheduling/planning would be an advantage!

Besides that, a part of your job will be to communicate with your colleagues, therefore excellent communication skills are essential.

WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO

- Execute and administrate high-quality schedules for our riders

- Follow up on previous schedules for improvements both individually and together with other team members.

- Administrate our onboarding system

- Be the operational part of evaluating the development of a machine-learning model for scheduling by the data team.

- Produce requested scheduling data for other departments on request.

- Develop/improve procedures regarding scheduling.

- Analytic - You are able to analyze in which way different parts of the environment we are operating in that are affecting our schedules - and implement the improvements needed based on your findings to make the schedules more efficient.

- Data-driven - You have a genuine interest in data and maybe some basic knowledge of a programming language. You can easily work with google sheets / Excel and are comfortable with using tools like Datastudio / Tableau or similar. You enjoy digging into data and using your findings for improvements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- University degree or similar

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel / Google sheets)

- Good communications skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
