Internationella Engelska Skolan in Hässelby is searching for an administrator with experience in IT. Only applicants who are bilingual in Swedish and English will be considered. 

We are looking for: 

- Candidates who can provide a professional and welcoming first appearance for our students, staff and guests in the reception.
- Candidate who can support the leadership team with administrative tasks, including but not limited to, manage attendance, support with student intake and organizing staff and student events
- Candidates that can plan and manage our mother tongue program throughout the school year
- Candidates who can support the school with IT tasks, including but not limited to, carry out technical duties to maintain the IT systems, manage the schools website, support students and staff with user management for our IT systems (i.e. google drive, schoolsoft)

The administrative team led by the Administrative Manager is a vital part of the school and together with your coworker in the reception/administration, the facility management and  the economist  you will work everyday to create a sustainable working environment for staff and students.

Our school is located in Hässelby strand, just outside the city of Stockholm, a short walk from Grimsta nature reserve. Our school serves approximately 570 students from grades 4 to 9.
