About the School
Internationella Engelska Skolan Liljeholmen is a primary school serving grades 4-9, located near Telefonplan with convenient access to both the subway and bus. Established in 2014, the school currently has over 90 staff members and approximately 930 students.
We are embarking on an exciting journey as we prepare to move to a brand-new school building next academic year, situated close to Midsommarkransen. This new facility will transform into a comprehensive primary school, accommodating classes from preschool to grade 9.

About the Position
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Librarian to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting literacy, fostering a love of reading, and supporting the informational needs of our students and staff. The School Librarian will manage the library's resources, programs, and services, ensuring that it remains a dynamic and welcoming space for the entire school community. Key Responsibilities
Library Management: Oversee the daily operations of the school library, including cataloging, organizing, and maintaining the library collection.
Instructional Support: Collaborate with teachers to integrate library resources into the curriculum and provide instructional support for research projects and literacy initiatives.
Collection Development: Evaluate and select new materials for the library collection, ensuring a diverse and relevant range of resources that support the curriculum and student interests.
Budget Management: Manage the library budget effectively to ensure the acquisition of new materials and the maintenance of current resources.
Social Media and Website: Assist in uploading school news and content to the schools social media accounts and website.
House System: Help coordinate the schools house system, planning fun and exciting events for the students to take part in
