We are looking for a skilled Scientist whose main tasks will be to perform and document research. Immune System Regulation AB is an innovation driven research company within the area of immunotherapy, based at the Karolinska Hospital in Stockholm. The company has a focus on preclinical and clinical research with the objective to develop novel drugs for curative treatments of viral infections and cancer. Immune System Regulation AB was founded in 2007 and is listed on the Nasdaq First North Stock Exchange.
As a Scientist you will help to efficiently drive preclinical development through laboratory work, documentation and collaboration with external partners. Previous experience with cell culture and functional in vitro assays is essential and knowledge in vaccine development is desirable.
Responsibilities
Designing preclinical studies in collaboration with the Head of Research and Development
Setting up studies, analyzing and interpreting data and compilation into reports
Participation in collaborations with external partners
Requirements
Relevant university degree, e.g. PhD, MSc Pharm/Biol/Mol Biol, or similar
Preclinical research experience as follows:
- 2 years or more in an industry research setting
- Proven track record of working independently and experience in vaccine / pharmaceutical development
Experience from flow cytometry is an advantage
You are an excellent verbal and written communicator in both Swedish and English.

Type of employment: Permanent full-time position with a 6-month trial period.
