It is essential to have good social and communication skills and to be a strong team player.A customer focused attitude is required.Candidates should be able to work independently, take own initiatives and have a positive, goal oriented and problem solving attitude.Good organisational skills are required and you should be comfortable in training people.Excellent swedish and english is required, both spoken and in writing.Personal skills are important in the the selection of the right candidate.
