SCM Coordinator

Vi söker nu för vår uppdragsgivare Samsung Electronic Nordic AB:s räkning en för omgående tillsättning, uppdraget är på två år med stor möjlighet till förlängning.

Placeringen är på Samsungs nordiska huvudkontor i Kista Science City.

As a Supply Chain Management Coordinator, you will lead the coordination activities needed in planning the product supply from Samsung factories to the Nordic and local market. You will work with demand forecasting, securing product allocation and timely purchasing, and be in charge of information sharing at the Nordic headquarters in Sweden in order to give the best support to Sales for maximized operational efficiency. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES(The 5 or 6 areas of the job against which performance is going to be measured and the end result, if possible.)
- Input and update demand forecasts
- Provide supply information internally to the Sales team
JOB SCOPE

- Keep track of new model introduction schedule and channel model selection
- Follow up the product lifecycle process in cooperation with product managers
- Develop and review reports for the local office, Nordic SCM operations and the Korean HQ (e.g. sales forecasts and inventory status, weekly sales discrepancy, demand change overviews)
- Monitor production/shipment status and take proper actions to solve issues
- Analyse the reasons for low forecast accuracy and devise suggestions and actions for improvement in cooperation with the Sales team
- Monitor and coordinate for aging stock clearance

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

(Education & courses etc)
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience within SCM, logistics and/or educational background in business, logistics, SCM or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English – both spoken and written. Proficiency in local language and Korean is an advantage
- Strong Excel skills
