About the position
Perido is looking for a Supply Chain Management Coordinator to our client Samsung, their goal is to devote the company’s talent and technology to create superior products and services that contributes to a better global society. In order to achieve this, they set a high value on their staff and technologies. You will be based at their office in Kista, just outside Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
In this position as Supply Chain Management Coordinator, you will work coordinating and planning Samsung’s product supply from factories to the market. This includes, forecasting, product allocation and purchasing. You work closely with Sales to optimize the efficiency. These are your key responsibilities:
Keep track of new model introduction schedule and channel model selection
Follow up the product lifecycle process in cooperation with product managers
Develop and review reports for the local office, Nordic SCM operations and the Korean HQ (e.g. sales forecasts and inventory status, weekly sales discrepancy, demand change overviews)
Monitor production/shipment status and take proper actions to solve issues
Analyse the reasons for low forecast accuracy and devise suggestions and actions for improvement in cooperation with the Sales team
Monitor and coordinate for aging stock clearance
Input and update demand forecasts
Provide supply information internally to the Sales team
Make presentations

Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we want you to be a fast learner with the ability to work under pressure. You are a strong problem solver, with a natural ownership of actions and always follow up on your commitments. You are a flexible person who know how to prioritize your work, and you multitask when needed. Furthermore, we see that enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you get to take initiatives!

Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience within SCM, logistics and/or educational background in business, logistics, SCM or equivalent
Strong Excel skills
Excellent communication skills in English – both spoken and written.

Meritorious
Proficiency in Nordic languages and Korean is an advantage

Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment for 2 years. Start ASAP.
