Role Purpose/Summary
Now you have the opportunity to join the Supply Chain Process and Tools team in Trollhättan, and to be part of our journey towards a more digital and automated business. The team is responsible for a broad spectrum of supply chain and internal logistics related processes and activities with the purpose of developing, continuously improving and optimizing the material flow from supplier to customer, as well as delivery precision, capital and cost.
We are now looking for a colleague who has the interest to learn and grow in order to, in a foreseeable future, be able to participate in, or to lead improvement- and/or development cross functional projects/activities, with connection to either planning or internal logistics systems and processes. You will contribute with system interest and knowledge, methods and standard work, as well as a strategic future thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Logistic development, automation & digitalization, and maintenance of systems and tools, follow ups and database linked KPI’s.
Data collection and analysis, as capacity analysis, load calculations, and MRP-parameter updates.
Creation of educational material and educating staff in Supply Chain management and Internal Logistics.
Support the organization in Supply Chain Planning and internal Logistics related processes and topics, both daily questions and larger analyses, to facilitate efficient business decisions.
To work with a process and lean mindset in order to eliminate manual waste processes, to reduce reporting and shorten lead times.
Job Qualifications
Genuine system interest and knowledge
Good knowledge within Microsoft Office and SAP, or other similar ERP-system
Knowledge and/or experience from Internal Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance or similar
Strong drive to continuously improve through Lean
Outgoing personality who likes to interact with other people
Process minded, target and result oriented
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Good ability to create teams and develop/sustain networks
Meritorious with knowledge of Microsoft Office Access, SQL-databases or VBA-programming
