Your responsibilities
Be part of our Supply Chain Management team at Power Transformers in Ludvika
Be a strong contributor to the strategy and roadmap for the team and our organization
Implement new initiatives and improvement projects based on business, customer and supplier needs
Follow up on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and drive improvement activities according to these
Update instructions and documentation to be align within processes and policies
When you feel comfortable in the role you get the opportunity to manage more complex projects on your own. In other words, your ambition is the foundation for your development opportunities!

Your background
You are open minded and enjoys working with different types of projects and tasks
As you will be leading multiple projects at the same time, you feel comfortable of taking own initiatives and are structured
You enjoy to collaborate with different kinds of people and have good communication skills
You are a curious person with the drive to challenge yourself and the organization for continuous development in both short and long term
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics or other relevant area
As you will be part of a company that operates on a global arena, fluent in English is required. Swedish is preferable for collaboration with local stakeholders.
