You have passion for agile development and extensive experience as a Scrum Master. You are a committed and engaged Scrum Master, driving the continuous improvement of agile processes and always focusing on supporting the teams to deliver high-value products with high quality. You help facilitate the teams, identify impediments to be removed and work with team dynamics to assist them in becoming efficient and high-performing teams. Experience from working with scaled agile in complex software development environments is a major plus!
