Scrum master

With us you have the opportunity to:
- Deliver great services to millions of customers

- Be a servant leader and a coach to the teams using agile principles
- Facilitate the Scrum Events like Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospectives
- Support the Product Owner in managing the backlog according to priorities and scope
- Take responsibility and drive your own initiatives


What is needed in this role:
- Good understanding in agile methodology and previous experience working as a Scrum master

- Strong coaching and supporting mindset with very good collaboration skills
- Outstanding coordination and communication skills - you listen, ask questions and you build trust
- As a person, you are solution-oriented with a customer-centric mindset
- Self-sufficient and self-organized with a desire to continuously improve
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (fluent in Swedish is a plus)
- Previous software development experience Relevant university degree
