Scrum Master

Experts town AB is a small consultancy company that provides services to big players in Automotive, Locomotive, Telecom and other such industries.
We are looking for Scrum Master to strengthen the engineering team. We can offer technical challenges as well as career development in our engineering organization.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities of a Scrum master include, but are not limited to the following:
Help coach the team in following the development processes defined by the organization.
Train the team to increase the performance.
Help to remove impediments from the team.
Help to drive collaboration initiatives and communities

Qualifications
We expect that you have
University education in Engineering or information technology.
You have worked as a developer or tester in agile development teams.
You have been working as Scrum master for a few years.
Good in English, Swedish is a plus.
