- Be part of a development team that consists of three different integration services (Sterling, IBM Integration Bus and BatchPortal)
- Be part of the manager team that supports our integration services
- Work close with the APO, drive audits, lead projects and initiatives
- Collaborating with teams both internally and externally as well as different key stakeholders
- Coaching the team to ensure Agile methodology adherence
- Facilitating agile team events (scrum ceremonies)


What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in related field or relevant working experience
- Experience with system development lifecycle
- To be a great team player with good communication skills who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues
- Innovative and creative thinking; you enjoy working in the rapidly changing digital environment
- Passion for leadership
- Excellent English in written and verbal communication skills
- Great skills for planning and facilitating different meetings and events
- Willingness to continuously improve the ways of working
- Agile methodology and Scrum experience
