Do you have experience as a Scrum Master and a relevant education in the field? Do you also want to work in a company that puts the person in focus and looks after your development in your career? We at MODIS are currently looking for a Scrum Master for a position in Gothenburg!

About the role

The Scrum Master is responsible for coaching the teams in all aspects of SAFe and agile ways of working, ensuring mind-sets and work to optimize deliveries through the flow of value. Furthermore, you will organize and facilitate the teams and cluster ceremonies like iteration planning, demos and retrospectives. Establish and improve planning and delivery iterations and more.

We believe you have

• Servant leader
• Excellent at communication, presenting and relationship building with teams
• Strong in stakeholder management
• A true team player that believes in collaboration
• Experience in Azure DevOps, Jira or equivalent • Certification and several years of experience as Scrum Master and the automotive industry
• SAFe, Scrum and DevOps experience
• Fluent in English
