SCRUM MASTER

We've been using SAFe at the firm for a while now. We will form a new team, the Offer Team, for one of our Agila Release Trains. Our objective is to kick off the team so that it can arrange its first PI on December 9-10. We require an experienced Scrum Master for this team.
The team is distinct from our other teams in that it is made up entirely of business professionals. The deliverables of the team are mostly about analyses, requirements, and quality assurance. Lumera, our external partner, is in charge of development and configuration. The assignment's main difficulty is to teach members who have no experience working in an agile team so that they can identify the most effective approach to operate inside the team as well as with surrounding teams and stakeholders.
The team also includes a Product Owner, offer and product owners, product experts, actuaries, a business analyst, and a Lumera specialist / test manager, in addition to the Scrum master.
We are also recruiting an employee Scrum Master in tandem with this consultant recruitment, thus introduction and handover to an employee Scrum Master will be included in the assignment.
Requirements for skills;
Working as a Scrum Master Experience working in a SAFe environment
