My name is Johan Stridsberg, Head of IT development here at Telia Finance. My team and I are looking forward to onboard a Scrum Master who will help us on our journey towards more agile and modern ways of working.

Is this your next opportunity?
As a Scrum Master you will be instrumental in the success to transform Telia Finance ways of working. In cooperation with our other Scrum Master, you will be responsible for driving two team within B2C, supporting the teams to deliver customer value and mature their agile ways of working.
We are on our way transforming from traditional waterfall projects and monthly releases to a world with Continuous Delivery in all our agile teams. We are in the beginning of our journey, and we have a lot we want to improve across the organization. As a Scrum Master at Telia Finance, you will become a central part of a team that is working on continuous improvement, DevOps transformation, and help developing the agile culture in your team.
In this role you will facilitate daily stand-ups, you will work closely with the teams and act as an agile coach in their day-to-day work.
We believe that you have:
At least three years of experience withing IT as a tech lead, Scrum Master or similar
Experience in coaching larger development teams
Experience in enterprise agile working methods like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe etc
Experience in Jira
Good verbal and written communication in English as well as Swedish
Experience in microservices and certification as a Scrum master is considered a plus
