You will need to travel from time to time.

The role

You will be part of a self-organised and cross-functional team and together you will develop and deliver services to customers. Your daily work will include supporting the team's development, removing impediments for the team’s progress and working on building an open, honest and collaborative mindset within the team. You will work dedicated to one team and also be a part of a community of Scrum Masters across the organisation where you share knowledge and work together to improve and evolve ways of working. Some travel might be required.

Your profile and qualifications

We are looking for those with a number of years of experience and who are flexible and able to balance between company internal and customer interests. Having a customer oriented attitude and an understanding of business processes is in your nature. You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills and is great at listening and communicating, both when it comes to technical details as well as business needs and both spoken and in writing, in English.

You are a strong and self-motivated communicator and “doer” who loves results, with a strong Servant Leadership mindset and experience of SAFe and who have been working as a Scrum Master for a numbers of years and in the process come across different teams and situations.

Requirements

- Academic degree within Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant experience.
- Minimum 4-5 years of working as a dedicated Scrum Master.
- Servant Leadership.
- Fluent English
- Experience of Agile and SAFe methodologies
- Great communication skills
- Coaching skills
- Experience of Jira and Confluence
- DevOps experience
- Knowledge of other agile ways of working, e.g. Extreme Programming, cynefin, TDD and BDD
