SCRUM Master

SCRUM MASTER
We are looking for a SCRUM Master, you guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team(s) and coach them to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable.
Removing impediments or guide the team(s) to remove impediments.
Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on improvements and problem-solving.
Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency.
Supporting and educating the Product Owner(s) on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Supporting the Product Owner(s) by relaying vision and roadmap of the product.

Facilitating use of an agile tool to maintain backlog, planning and execution
Resolving conflicts by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect.
Forecasting & Release Planning
Coaching in agile practices



Requirements
Experience as a SCRUM Master (3-5 years), also in large companies
Long experience of agile methods
Experience from Cloud and infrastructure
Experience from the IT area, multiple industries
You speak English fluently.
