Description
On behalf of our direct automotive R&D customer in Gothenburg, Sweden, We are looking for an experienced professional with 8+ years experience working in the capacity of SCRUM MASTER, PRODUCT OWNER OR PROJECT MANAGER in an Agile work environment.

The role is carried within Business application department and responsible for the Agile Development platform, which consists of Jira and Confluence. In this role consultant will support both the department with ways of working and processes but also the complete organization with agile way of working by being responsible for the platform.

We expect you to be the kind of person that thrives in an environment where not everything is set and a solution needs to be defined, prototyped and implemented. You will work closely
with a wide area of business stakeholders, developers and other colleagues to ensure that
the deliveries are met according to expectations. You need to be pragmatic, self-driven,
curious and flexible with a “we’ll find a way”-attitude.



Tasks
• Coach and Mentor teams in Agile mindset and Scrum practices and inspire to adopt new
processes
• Guide teams to a culture of continuously improving organization and facilitate improvement
initiatives
• Guide the team to actively manage dependencies to other teams or external parties.
• Helping plan of scheduling task assignments and goals.
• Defines and prioritizes product related deliverables (product backlog) and evaluate risks to
ensure highest value delivery
• Provide clear communication towards stakeholder
• Drive scope discussions with stakeholders
• Coordinate with other PO's and IT teams to resolve team dependencies

Qualifications
• Previous experience as product owner, scrum master or project manager in an agile
environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles with experience using agile tools like Jira & Confluence
• Proactive, self-starter and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• We also see that you have a team mindset and an outgoing personality with the ability to
guide and inspire others.

• We think you have a senior skillset although with a young and fresh view on technology and solutions. The team is located in Göteborg, Lindholmen but works with teams and stakeholders all over the world, especially in China.
