Scrum Master

We are now looking for 3 Scrum Master competences to support our clients in their Agile transformation.
Your Role:
• Coach and Mentor teams in Agile mindset and Scrum practices and inspire to adopt new
processes
• Guide teams to a culture of continuously improving organization and facilitate improvement
initiatives
• Guide the team to actively manage dependencies to other teams or external parties.
• Helping plan of scheduling task assignments and goals.
• Defines and prioritizes product related deliverables (product backlog) and evaluate risks to
ensure highest value delivery
• Provide clear communication towards stakeholder
• Drive scope discussions with stakeholders
• Coordinate with other PO's and IT teams to resolve team dependencies
Competence:
• Previous experience as product owner, scrum master or project manager in an agile
environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
