Fortum Consumer Solutions is looking for a Scrum Master to join the Development Studio at Fortum in Stockholm. You will be working in a cross-brand and cross-market functional team that uses agile methodologies to develop digital services. Together with the team you will be working in close collaboration with the stakeholders throughout the whole development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and operations.

You must have:
At least 5-year experience as a scrum master, using modern software development principles.
You know what it takes to build software in a cloud environment such as Azure, how to set-up deployment pipelines and how to work with microservices
You have a good understanding of what is great team work - not only with your technical team, but also with other stakeholders.
Organize JIRA and Confluence based on development team and business needs including processes flows and reports.
Drive the team towards a continuous delivery setup using DevOps and CI/CD mindset.
Having a group of satisfied customers Together with the development team and the product owner design the new solutions.
Practical experience in project management and being an expert in your field.
Excellent knowledge of the new technologies industry and experience in running projects in such a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of the SCRUM methodology.
Experience in working in a similar position in an interactive agency in the implementation of high-budget orders.
Typical PM skills: risk management, reporting, change management, the ability to prepare quotes, plans, reports.
Knowledge of issues related to the design and / or programming of websites, mobile applications, etc.
Analytical approach.
Collaboration between the Fortum countries requires excellent English skills.

Report to the Team manager but will work closely with your colleagues in other countries so some travel might occur (after pandemic restrictions).
Your task will be to develop a strategy for the entire project so as to ensure its smooth course from beginning to end with the highest quality customer service.
Your daily work will also be based on motivating team members and helping them with their daily duties. You will also work closely with the business side to explore new opportunities and needs.
