Scrum Master ART Electrical Infrastructure

About us
The group EDS Interior Wiring 94135, part of 94100 ART Electrical Infrastructure, is responsible for the development of solutions for power distribution and wiring for all platforms in Volvo Cars product range. The engineering work is done in cross functional engineering teams including international development suppliers.
Group 94135 are responsible for wiring harness installation and development of new EDS components over time in all platforms. 
ART Electrical Infrastructure are part of Solution Software and Electrical Platform (SWEP).

What you’ll do
EDS Interior wiring team Floor is divided into two teams, forming a “team of teams” and the scrum master area spans over all two teams. Your main responsibility is to coach the teams to use the agile team practices with a focus on flow and to take lead in continuous improvements. There are challenges related to that many of our stakeholders are from outside our Solution and that we have many and very diverse stories to handle during each Program Increment. This challenge is also an opportunity to build network cross R&D.
As scrum master you will be a member of the EDS Team Floor TRIO, together with the Product Owner and the Team Manager. In the TRIO, we work closely together and sync several times per week. Although we have different roles, we don’t let the role descriptions hinder us to help and support each other. You will also be part of the Scrum Master community within the ART.

Do you fit the profile?
You have a track record of demonstrating leadership and excellent planning skills. You probably also have experience of vehicle development and knowledge about the electrical system in the car. You are curious about electrical hardware and development process and in cross-organization work. 
Your English is fluent, both verbally and written. You have experience from working agile, good knowledge about agile principles and you are purpose driven.
