Scrum Master for Core Computer Test & Integration

Volvo Cars is on an ambitious journey to redefine what it means to own a vehicle during one of most innovative times in the transport industry. We’re moving towards becoming more of a software developing company and where our products give the driver’s a car-experience that improves every day. Who we are?
Our group, Core Computer Test and Integration, consists of teams responsible for building test environments for new platforms and programs. We design hardware rigs and are working with software and electronic domain integration striving to maximize the test-value. 
Our rigs are part of our Continuous Integration (CI) and provide feedback of the electrical system to enable high quality and robustness. We improve quality by enabling automated integration and visualize status of the system-under-test. Our test environments will be a key enabler for increasing the stability and robustness for the new developed Platform within Software & Electronic Platform organization.

What we offer?
In the role as scrum master, you will work closely with a product owner and a team manager to get the team(s) to perform their best, following the agile principles. You will do this by facilitating communication, coordination, and cooperation within the team as well as within the ART. You will coach the team to become empowered and find good ways of working to achieve the goals set up. It will also be part of your responsibilities to remove impediments as well as facilitating workshops and other activities. 

Who you are?
We believe that you have a background in working with test development and test automation and understand the importance of CI to create software with good quality. You have a true interest in, and at least a few years of experience from developing agile teams. You strive for continuous improvement and are good at identifying complex issues and finding a way to handle them together with the team(s). 
You are structured and communicative, care about people around you and enjoy working together with the team(s), product owner, team manager and stakeholders to see results. You have a B.Sc. degree or similar and are fluent in English (spoken as well as written).
Experience from automotive industry is meritorious.
