Role:
As a Scrum Master you will be part of the Consumer Centric Delivery Team, a fully empowered, autonomous and cross-functional team that create software deliveries as business solutions to our end consumers, customers and users. You will work with multiple development teams, organised in a Product teams structure that deliver continuous improvements and technical enablers through scaled agile practices in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
In this role you will drive transformation in a complex IT delivery landscape, consulting with Delivery Leads, Product Managers, Test Leads, Release Engineers among other stakeholders to enable successful continuous delivery in both Agile and traditional project management way. You will lead a team composed by Product Owners, IT Business Analysts, Lead Developers, Developers and Testers. You will work, on daily basis, with colleagues remotely that are based in other countries. Occasional travels within Europe are anticipated.

Your main tasks:
· Cultivate a positive “can-do” team culture and protect well-being of your team members
· Act as a Team Leader for your Scrum Team, pro-actively get involved in discussions about team’s backlog, blockers dependencies with Product Owners and Business Analysts, Lead Developers and Competency Leads
· To be a focal point of escalation for risk and blockers and proactively act to mitigate/unblock it
· Lead backlog prioritization in PI-Plan events, documenting and keeping track of agreed objectives as well as present the Program board to the ART stakeholders
· Keep track of pain points, improvement measures and action plans agreed at the PI Inspect & Adapt
· Enable and facilitate cross team collaboration between multiple Scrum Teams
· Manage cross-team dependencies with other Scrum Masters and team leads as well as coach your team members: Lead Developers, Test Engineers etc.
· Leverage from the program Governance model to collaborate and bring transparency to all relevant stakeholders, such as tracking KPIs through a data driven approach to enable decision making
· Ensure that the team maintains a proper level of documentation related to any requirement (user stories, technical enablers, etc) to meet Definition of Ready (DoR) before committing to any delivery plan
· Communicate and influence decisions by sharing alternatives at the program forums for a collaborative decision making
· Try out new ways of doing things, bringing efficiency to the scrum and SAFe practices
· Drive Scrum / SAFe ceremonies and planning activities for your team such as: capacity plan, story points estimation, sprint plan & retrospective.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Scrum Master
· Knowledge of the software life cycle (development, testing, release).
· Preferably exposure to SAFe.
· Preferably exposure to a Consumer Centric landscape or Data Analytics Scrum Team
· Desired experience with Jira/Confluence or any agile tool to manage team board
· Experience with managing resources and cross-team conflicts.
· Ability to managing multiple streams of activity, shifting focus regularly.
· Positive interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence individuals and teams rather than dictate.
