Your role

You have worked at least three years as a Scrum Master with excellent results. You're used to work in an agile framework like SAFeTM or equivalent. We believe you are a software developer at heart who is empowered and enthusiastic by having the technical insight. You strive for continuous improvement and are good at identifying complex issues and finding a way to handle them together with the team.



Your background

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or similar.
- 5+ years of experience from software development.
- Documented experience from leading teams as Scrum master or Software Project Manager (documented certification is a bonus).
- Passion for leading people and process improvement.
