In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Coaching the team in self-organization and cross functionality
- Help the CFT to create high value
- Remove impediments during daily work
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions and retrospectives
- Handle the release process for the delivery
- Continuously improve the way of working using SWAP method (Swedbank Agile Process)
- Dealing with ad hoc issues and questions
What is needed in this role:
- Able to communicate effortlessly in English, both in writing and in speech
- Able to take responsibility and self-motivated
- Experienced in working with deadlines and multiple simultaneously ongoing initiatives
- Familiar with agile methodologies
- Know basic JIRA and Confluence
- Have worked in sprints and agile teams
