SCRUM MASTER AT VOLVO BUSES

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join the Diagnostic Operations and Embedded Software team!
If you have experience as a scrum master or from team leading and would like to develop your competencies within diagnostics, vehicle electronics and embedded software, then this might be the position for you.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be working in a team that has the shared responsibility to release software updates and develop and release diagnostic calibrations and tests to our buses all over the world. As the Scrum Master you will be leading the team in the daily work, implementing the way of working when we move into an agile and takt based setup. You will be responsible for securing the team deliveries operationally, and also to manage the interaction with other teams both in our department and in the product development department and other Volvo group companies. You will support the team during increment planning and execution, working closely with the Operational Product Owner of the team. You will be the primary day-to-day coach of the team, building and developing our new setup together.
We cover all products within Volvo Buses globally, and often work cross-functionally in projects with colleagues in other departments, other companies within the Volvo group, and on other sites. You will have the opportunity to grow your network as well as your technical competencies and knowledge about both the products in the team and the products that Volvo Buses develop.

Our department, Diagnostic & Embedded System, are a function within Global Bus Technology (GBT) at Volvo Buses responsible for developing offboard diagnostic solutions, electrical schematics and vehicle software deployment solutions for aftermarket. We have the global responsibility for our technical areas, also covering quality and maintenance in our systems and tools. In close cooperation with our colleagues at SMT, we develop the complete aftermarket support for our products.
THIS PROBABLY DEFINES YOU
BSc or MSc degree in mechatronics/electrical engineering or equivalent
Experience within the Technical Areas of embedded SW or Tech Tool operations
Experience within Aftermarket Technology or within similar areas of Vehicle Engineering at Volvo Group
Experience as a scrum master or working in an agile team according to SAFe principles
Good multitasking skills to keep track of all ongoing projects and initiatives
Great communication skills in English
