You will also take an active part in the agile transformation of the product by coaching the team to improve agile abilities and by utilizing agile methods and SAFE framework principles to create business value continuously. What you will do
• Delivery execution within the Service Now product teams, while coaching the teams and people in all aspects of agile ways of working and mindset.
• Managing and optimizing the flow of value through the product.
• Establishing and improving planning and delivery iterations.
• Understand and coordinate cross team dependencies and foster program collaboration.
• Create clarity in prioritization and ensure transparency of team progress, releases, and achievements across the organization as well as facilitating measurement of results.
• Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
• Collaborate with the other scrum masters and RTEs of the other teams in the product to jointly support the agile journey of the product.
• Help to manage and reduce risks and dependencies as well as remove, escalate, and track impediments.
• You will be working with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders.
Who you are
We are looking for a person with a servant leadership approach and we believe you have the ability to create an environment that fosters high performing teams. You have 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably from several organizations and global teams and you are experienced in infrastructure management and/or development. We see that you have leadership experiences (e.g., Scrum Master, Line manager, Project Manager) and are experienced in Azure DevOps or equivalent system and experienced from working with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), coaching, and facilitation, Scrum, DevOps familiarity, and experience in Lean-Agile methods. Last but not least, you have previous experience in working with software development projects.
As a person, you are solution and delivery oriented with a strong drive and problem-resolution approach. You are flexible and energetic. You manage conflict, drive engagement, build effective teams and optimize work processes.
You are culture and people driven, with a team before me mindset. We see that you are a true collaborator and networker who can communicate efficiently and effectively with everyone on all levels.
