What to expect
You will join as Scrum master and Agile coach in our team working with Network security and Wide Area Network. We are in a transformation towards a more agile way of working which will mean that you will have a lot of responsibility together with other scrum masters within the Base infrastructure setting this way of working, both short and long term.

Your main responsibilities as Scrum Master
We are looking for someone who is passionate about agile working methods, has a proper agile mindset, and enjoys the challenge of getting people and technology to function as a team to achieve optimal results. You are a natural leader, caring about people equally as much as results. You also see opportunities for personal development in a technology-intensive global company.
We would very much want you to continue to drive the Agile transformation journey within Base infrastructure, together with the team. We’re open-minded and want to benefit from your experiences!In addition, we highly value your experience of:

As a person, we believe you are a ‘people person. You are engaged and love to inspire and motivate your teams. You are also organized, have good planning skills, and view continuous improvement as part of your daily work. You need to have excellent cooperation and communication skills.
