Job Summary
Development & Technology Industrial Base Engineering (D&T IBE) is now looking for a Scrum Master within the Program Management organisation. At D&T IBE We develop and provide standardised manufacturing equipment and processes to our converting factories, so that they can meet the demands for today and the future.
What you will do
As a Scrum Master you will work closely with several Scrum teams, coaching and supporting their work. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our scrum framework and way of working across the D&T IBE organisation. You will work closely with the Scrum Teams (engineers & specialists) and our Agile Coach, Competence Managers, Product Owners, Programme Managers and other Scrum Masters leading the evolution of our Agile set up.
Main responsibilities
Help the team to collaborate and perform at its best, by removing impediments and facilitating an open communication during Agile events
Teach and coach the agile team in Agile values, Scrum framework and Tetra Pak development processes
Actively participate in our Scrum Master network and support your Scrum Masters colleagues
Support Agile capability improvements across the organisation
Support the line organisation in competence development activities
Support the Agile transformation journey and continuous improvement of the way we work

You will be acting in a context with many different perspectives, it is essential you are good at handling changes and dealing with ambiguity. You also excel in stakeholder management.
We believe you have a technical education on university level as well as formal training in Scrum, SAFe or other relevant Agile frameworks. You have at least 2-3 years of experience from Scrum Master roles. Experience as line manager or other leadership and coaching roles will be considered a plus.
Your communication skills in English, both written and oral are on excellent level.
