Scrum Master – Salesforce Platform Enabler

What’s in it for you?
This role is within our Salesforce Platform Enabler team, which supports different product teams to simplify and accelerate delivery. The team provides tools, frameworks, services, self-service APIs, knowledge and support to our customers (the Product teams), providing a great DevEx and reduce their cognitive load, so that they can focus on what they are best at: building products to delight "Volvo's end customers."

As a Scrum Master you will help teams reach their goal and deliveries by coaching them in agile ways of working, removing blockers and create transparent collaboration across the clusters. You will prepare and facilitate team events and ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning and post-mortems. You will also continuously work with improvements and metrics to make sure your team is able to perform at their best ability.

The team is primarily located in Gothenburg, Stockholm Sweden, and we also have teams in the San Francisco US and in Shanghai China. Many of the people you will be working with have experience from start-ups and global tech companies such as Spotify, Google, Ericsson, Microsoft, Tradera, Klarna, EA Games etc.

You And Your Skills
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master, who has previously worked as a Scrum Master or as a servant leader enabling teams to deliver great products.
We believe you already have a couple of years of experience with agile frameworks.
We also believe that you have the ability to drive results and create an environment that enables teams to perform at their best.
You are an experienced facilitator of meetings and events.
You have a calm and structured way of working and good documentation skills as well as great English language communication skills.
Preferably you are a certified Scrum Master and have experience working with Azure DevOps.
As a person, you have a positive attitude and believe that processes and results can always improve.
You are self-motivated, results oriented and flexible.

Together with the teams you will
Help teams reach their goal and deliveries, coaching them in agile ways of working and removing obstacles
Work as scrum master for more than one product teams
Create transparency both within the cluster and across the clusters
Help the teams with PI planning and QPR (Quarterly Prioritization Rhythm) process. QPR process has recently been introduced to help Global Online Experience teams work and follow up with OKRs.

Location: Stockholm or Gothenburg
