About us
The Complete Software and Electrical Integration department is part of the electrical design unit within R&D. We are responsible for a wide range of interesting areas from the developing and the design process of the electrical system to development of integration test platforms as well as system integration management and configuration management of the complete electrical system. The group, Complete Software & Electrical Integration, is responsible for quality assured software for the complete electrical system in our vehicles both during the development phase as well as to end customer vehicles in running production. 

The role - Scrum Master for Complete Software & Electronics Integration 
In the role as scrum master, you will be part of the transformation to an efficient integration driven development. You will work closely with a product owner and a team manager to get the teams to perform their best together, following the agile principles of course. You will do this by facilitating communication, coordination, and cooperation within the team as well as within the ART. 

You will support and coach the teams to become empowered and find good ways of working to achieve the goals set up. It will also be part of your responsibilities to remove impediments as well as facilitating workshops and other activities. You strive for continuous improvement and are good at identifying complex issues and finding a way to handle them together with the team and the Art core team. Leadership, collaboration, and networking comes natural to you. 

You have broad experience from leading in an agile and complex environment with many stakeholders and you can coach the team actively and arrange teambuilding activities. You are structured and communicative, care about people around you and enjoy working together with the team, product owner, team manager and stakeholders to drive results and make sure it is a joyful ride as we do things at Volvo Cars.

You have a B.Sc. degree or similar and are fluent in English (spoken as well as written). Experience from Electrical and Software Engineering and Automotive Industry is meritorious.
